Quick reminder about a few things.  Apres and all saturday classes will be cancelled.  With that being said,  Vote for us (again)!!!  If you think about it, we kinda fit in every category.  Paleo Challenge meeting next Saturday (16th) in Box 1 at 1:30 P.M. (come one come all).  Now that we are done with the cheery stuff, the remaining words should be read in an inspirational/challenging tone.  You can either step off the rower  and be upset that the workouts wasn’t long enough or you can fall off the rower.
